Help needed with postmark

An envelope with then postmark FREE 22 SEPT. Can anyone discern the rest?

It was loaned to me by Paul Wilkinson of the George Hotel in Queen Street, Portsea, Portsmouth.

As far as I can make out the card says: 1836. London September 22. The Hon’bl 2nd Room, George Hotel, Portsmouth. Vincent.

Now this could be the George Hotel that was located in High Street, Old Portsmouth, or it could be The George in Queen Street, Portsea, although that was called The Royal George at that time.

Portsmouth historian WG Gates tells us that that The George in High Street was a hotel while the George in Queen Street was an inn, so my bet is that it was the Old Portsmouth hostelry.

I am sure there is someone out there who can tell me more about the postmark though.
