Here's when you can abseil down the Spinnaker Tower next year

But now’s your chance to fight your fears, as booking for abseils in 2017 is now up and running.

The experience costs £90 per person and is available most weekends throughout the summer.

Here are the dates available for booking:

April- Sat 1st, Sun 2nd, Fri 14th, Sat 15th, Sun 16th, Mon 17th, Sat 22nd, Sat 29th, Sun 30th

May- Mon 1st, Sat 6th, Sun 7th, Sun 28th, Mon 29th

June- Sat 3rd, Sun 14th, Sat 17th

July- Sat 1st, Sun 2nd, Sun 23rd

August- Sat 5th, Sun 6th, Sat 12th, Sun 13th, Fri 25th, Sat 26th, Sun 27th, Mon 28th

Each time slot will have six spaces. You must be 18 years-old to take part and a maximum of 21.5 stone.

It’s advisable to dress appropriately as well - so no flips flops or heels, and thick clothing as it can be cold 100m in the air.
