Details have been announced for the spectacular annual bonfire and fireworks night at HMS Sultan.
The establishment has confirmed that this year’s display will take place on Thursday, October 29, at the Military Road base in Gosport.
Regularly attracting around 10,000 visitors from across the south, the HMS Sultan event will take place during the October half-term, making it the perfect display for all the family.
Matthew Hibberd, a spokesman for HMS Sultan, said: ‘The highly professional fireworks display is a carefully orchestrated procession of light, which sparkles in the night’s sky to its own musical soundtrack.
‘Commonly recognised as one of the best displays within the region, the event promises a sensual feast which is guaranteed to please. As well as the main event there will be live music, entertainers including fire-breathers, and a fun fair with rides at very reasonable rates.
‘The evening has lots on offer to keep you entertained before the big fireworks finale.’
