Horsebox causes delays
TWO lanes were blocked on the A27 yesterday afternoon after a vehicle carrying a horsebox broke down.
Both lanes on the westbound approach from Fareham became blocked following the incident.
The breakdown caused long delays and traffic continued to build after the vehicle came to a halt near Segensworth roundabout.
Traffic information service ROMANSE said the roundabout, which links to Southampton Road, had been affected.
