TONIGHT, people will be able to see Gosport’s Hovercraft Museum in a way they never have before.

The museum, in Marine Parade West, is opening its doors after dark as part of the Museums at Night project.

People will be able to see hovercraft lit up with floodlights.

The hangars containing the various craft owned by the museum will also be open for people to wander round and have a look.

The event takes place tonight from 6pm until 10.30pm.

There is also a brass band playing throughout the evening.

Tickets cost between £4 and £5.

Cars can park for free on the slipway.
