Have your say

THEY’VE definitely got the VW Love Bug!

BeachBuggin’ 2013 saw dozens of Volkswagen vehicles, from a replica of the film car Herbie, pictured above, to more modern cars.

Hundreds of people gathered on Southsea Common to see this year’s event, which was raising money for the Macmillan Cancer Trust and Ickle Pickles charities.

The event has been running for 12 years, starting off life in Bournemouth, before outgrowing that site and moving to Southsea.

So far it has raised £58,000 for local and national good causes, with this year’s total still to be counted.
