I think Mylene should have declined and said no more

Have your say

So Myleene Klass has got into trouble with parents at her child’s private school.

Seems she reportedly took exception to an e-mail she received suggesting all the parents club together to buy a class present for the birthday of one of the kids.

I suppose that I see her point.

If she were to stump up a tenner for each child in the class of, say, 30, that’s £300 a year just on gifts.

I don’t really know how the politics of children’s birthday parties work, let alone in a £5,000-a-term school, but I think that’s a bit much.

I reckon Myleene probably should have just declined this ‘optional’ donation and said no more about it, rather than get herself in the papers (again) because of her reaction.
