HELP for the visually impaired will be on display at an open day.

An Equipment and Information Day will be held in Gosport on Wednesday, June 24 at Masonic Hall in Clarence Road.

It will provide an opportunity for visitors to get information, advice, guidance, and find out what support is available in the local area for people who are, or may know someone, who is visually impaired.

Members of Open Sight staff will answer questions or queries and can also advise on daily living aids, low vision assessments, and equipment.

In addition, specialist exhibitors include Sight and Sound, Associated Optical, Professional Vision, Humanware, Optima, Enhanced Vision, and Pamtrad, which supply innovative technology and low vision equipment.

The free event runs from 10am to 3pm and refreshments will be available.
