Invite to seefuture artplans in OldPortsmouth

The public can see the plans for Portsmouth City Council's new arts development at the Square Tower.

Those interested in taking a space in the Hotwalls Studios can examine the plans and talk to the development officers from 11am-3pm on Sunday.

At the same time, the Square Tower will host Crafts in the Tower’s monthly exhibition, which will include work by Judy Charlton and Rose Bates.

Gary Renouf will be there with his woodwork, as well as painters Mel Brundrit and Teresa Templeton.

Blacksmith Lucille Scott will be showing her spectacular sculptures in metal.

And Sue Meredith will be there showing her latest collaged prints of Portsmouth scenes.

An additional attraction this month will be bead pixel art workshops run all through the day by Kendal James. Everyone is welcome to have a go.
