A FIRE safety firm has been acquired by another.

South coast law firm Coffin Mew brokered the deal which saw Churches Fire Security, based in Chandler’s Ford, take over Uny Systems Fire Detection from Pullborough.

Paul Topley from Churches Fire Security said he wanted to thank the law firm for their help.

Mr Topley said: ’Their regular and effective communication, robust project management and proactive approach led us through what could have been a very challenging situation in a particularly short space of time.

‘The safety of your people, property and business is paramount to us.

Coffin Mew associate Tabytha Cunningham said: ‘We are delighted that the process completed in an extremely short timeframe, with only three weeks from start to finish to allow those involved to focus on their core business services.’
