YOUNG people in Gosport can take up volleyball as part of a programme encouraging people to do more sports.

Gosport Borough Council has teamed up with other organisations in the area to run its Return to Sport scheme for the fifth year.

A three-week volleyball programme will take place starting on April 16 from 8pm until 9.30pm.

It is open to anyone aged 16 and will be held at Bridgemary School’s sports hall.

The other two sessions will be at the same time on April 23 and April 30.

All abilities are welcomed and the cost is £5 for the three sessions. There are 20 places.

For information, or to book a place, call Milai Livingstone from the Gosport and Fareham Multicultural Group on 07515 084048 or e-mail milai.livingstone@hants.gov.uk.
