Crash on A27 causing delays

FIREFIGHTERS put out a lorry fire in Portsmouth this morning.

Two crews from Southsea fire station were sent out to Mile End Road, in Buckland.

The parked lorry’s cooling unit had caught fire.

It caused damage to the electrics on the trailer, which contained bananas.

The firefighters were called to the incident at 6.41am and returned to the station around 8.15am.
