Commuters using the M3 this evening are facing delays of two hours due to emergency electrical work.Â

Traffic is currently being held between J13 for A335 Eastleigh and J12 for A335 Chandlers Ford because of the repair work and motorists are being warned of 120 minute delays.

The emergency electrical repair work is being carried out on an overhead signal this evening on the northbound carriageway of the motorway, Highways England have said.

Drivers are being warned to plan ahead to avoid the worst of the delays tonight.
