A MAN killed by a tram at a firm has been named locally as George Manser.

The 63-year-old was killed on Sunday after he was trapped against a wall by the tram at Manser Precision Engineering.

Mr Manser was described as ‘private and quiet’ and was often seen at the business, on Barnes Lane, in Sarisbury Green. Firefighters were called after a visitor made the discovery and called 999.
