Meeting will debate future of Hayling tip
A PUBLIC meeting has been called to discuss the potential closure of a tip.
The meeting will discuss proposals to close the recycling centre on Hayling Island as part of a money-saving drive by Hampshire County Council. No final decisions have been made yet, but a consultation is under way.
The meeting takes place at The Royal Shades pub, in Sea Front, Hayling Island, on Saturday from midday.
