TV veteran Sir Bruce Forsyth has died at the age of 89, his family have announced.

The entertainer’s career spanned more than 75 years, and was famous for hosting several game shows including The Generation Game, Play Your Cards Right, The Price Is Right and You Bet!

He also co-presented Strictly Come Dancing from 2004 to 2013.
