MONEY will be raised for a cancer charity in memory of a woman who died from the disease.

The event at The 1865, a nightclub in Southampton, is being held on Saturday, March 7 in memory of Rachel ‘Rae’ Hayes, who died on New Year’s Eve.

The 52-year-old grandmother, from Burridge, worked at Banks Bistro in Banks Street, Bishop’s Waltham.

The sold-out event, called Let’s Grove Tonight, will raise money for Cancer Research UK.

There will be live music, a Michael Jackson impersonator and Saints player James Ward-Prowse will posing for photos. To donate go to justgiving.com/Deborah-Talliadoros
