PORTSMOUTH museums’ writer-in-residence will headline a night of poetry and prose with a debut performance of his verse version of Dickens’ The Old Curiosity Shop.

Steve Tasane will be joined by a host of writers connected with the city, including Portsmouth libraries writer-in-residence DJ Kirkby, for the event at the Menuhin Theatre, Portsmouth Central Library, on March 29.

The evening starts at 7pm and costs £3 (£2 conc).
