Nominations are now open for the West Sussex Care Accolades.

The honours recognise the hard work and dedication of people working in the care sector including care homes and care at home.

Now in its sixth year, it is organised by West Sussex Partners in Care and are supported by West Sussex County Council.

The awards cover a range of different areas including; domiciliary care worker, care employer award and dementia care.

West Sussex County Council’s cabinet member for adults social care and health, Cllr Peter Catchpole said: ‘If you know a fantastic carer or a care organisation who 
makes a special effort to go above and beyond their normal day-to-day duties then now is the time to get nominating.’

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at Arundel Wetlands Centre in October all receiving a trophy, goodie bag and shopping vouchers.
