The torch will pass their front door next Monday as the torchbearer leaves Fratton Park at 7.30am and is taken out of the city.

Tina Randall, administration officer for the charity in Fratton Road, said: ‘We would like to give the Olympic torch an early morning send off from the city and Off The Record, and at the same time get some great publicity for the service.

‘We will being providing a breakfast for everyone who comes along of cereal, croissants, toast, coffee, tea and juice.

‘The front of OTR will be decorated with flags and banners to get in the spirit of things. This is a historical moment probably never to be repeated in the city in our lifetimes.’
