PRAYER and coffee will be on offer at a community evening as Portsmouth Cathedral throws its doors open to the public tonight.

The event is taking place from 7pm.

It is a chance for residents to find out more about the site of worship, in High Street, Old Portsmouth.

Drinks will be offered and there will be a small presentation about the work of cathedral guides.

Visitors will also get a tour of the newly-refurbished site.
