A telly show that reminds me of my early university life

Donald Trump - has caused outrage again

CLIVE SMITH: What’s wrong with Trump calling it as it?

Have your say

My latest love on telly is Drifters. For those who don’t know it’s about a group of young women enjoying life with varying degrees of success and large dollops of humour.

The relationships between the women, and their partners, ex-partners, parents and others make me laugh as they are drawn in such a way that reminds me of early university life when the world held so many possibilities, yet none of them appeared to be landing at my feet.

If you haven’t had the chance to see it yet, then check it out on E4, Thursday nights.

That said, the last time that I mentioned a TV programme as being cracking, it went right down the drain. So much so that I no longer watch it.

The kiss of death perhaps?
