I’ve been to Slimming World, I did Rosemary Conley and I ate less and exercised more.
But even now I’m still pretty much the same weight I was after giving birth to child number three.
So this week I’m giving Jimmy Carr a try.
I caught the comedian late one night on a TV talk show where he said the secret of his success in dropping the pounds and stones was by following one simple rule – don’t eat after 6pm.
Sounds easy and on the days that I’ve managed to eat before this deadline, I’ve gone to bed with that edge of hunger – and consequently lost weight.
But the difficulty lies in watching the clock and making sure I stock up with a meal in time for that 5.59pm cut-off.
