RICK JACKSON: Girl power rules – at the age of two

Have your say

You can drink coffee at 35,000 feet, in the middle of the English Channel or indeed under it as you hurtle towards Paris at 186mph.

But apparently you cannot drink coffee on the number 41 bus to Clanfield. You CAN drink coffee on the number 17 to Eastney though.

We were informed by the jobsworth driver of the former bus that this was company policy, but the driver of the bus behind him and probably every other bus in the fleet didn’t agree.

Would he leave behind a passenger in the middle of nowhere just because they had a takeaway coffee?

Come on Mr Bus Driver, wake up and smell the coffee. You should encourage us to use buses, not turn us away.
