COMMENT: Stop being selfish and start to think of others
Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda have all placed restrictions on the amount of certain products that each individual can buy.
We're pleased these measures have been put in place to help give everybody a fair chance of being able to buy what they need for their families.

Hide AdBut what a sad indictment of our society that the people stockpiling items such as pasta, rice, toilet rolls, antibacterial gel, bread and tinned vegetables, have been incapable of showing any consideration for others.
Instead they have thought only of themselves as they've swept up stock and left others, including the elderly, to go without.
If people had only been getting what they needed rather than buying in bulk, then limits would not have been necessary. Supermarket bosses says there is enough to go round if shoppers are sensible.
Yes, it's a worrying and uncertain time, but we're all in this together. It's time to stop thinking only of ourselves and show kindness and consideration.
