So there are some companies that are good to you, and some that aren’t.

I’m very impressed with one – and that’s my kitchen company.

I had a new kitchen about five years ago and some of the doors went a bit awry. So they came and fixed them. Now, a year later, the remaining doors have also gone.

It all boils down to a faulty lamination process. Due to their popularity the job was outsourced and one of the outsourced companies used wasn’t up to much.

If we hadn’t liked the same colour as the rest of the south coast we’d have been alright.

I rang up, worrying about guarantee length and the like, to be told that it wouldn’t be a problem and they’d come and change the remainder.

Now that’s what I call service.
