COMMENT: A business community that is simply the best

Have your say

Would you believe it, the number of ministers setting up so-called blind trusts in order to continue profiting from financial interests has increased three-fold.

Some 16 ministers, including energy secretary Chris Huhne, justice secretary Ken Clarke and Cabinet officer Francis Maude, reportedly have blind trusts as nice little earners.

Meanwhile, Labour peer John Prescott makes a (lucrative) Charlie of himself in TV ads for a car insurance company, while ex-Labour minister Jacqui Smith investigates porn for a television documentary.

Oh, and Theresa May is patron of the Pink Shoe Club, an exclusive networking club for women.
