How do I get The Apprentice firings so totally wrong?

Have your say

I love The Apprentice. What a great concept for a TV reality show.

It lets us meet new people, see them warts and all, plus every watcher can comment from the comfort of their sofa on what they would and would not have done in similar situations.

We all fancy ourselves as armchair entrepreneurs, don’t we?

But what astounds me every week is the fact that I get it so humungously wrong in the firing stakes.

What appear to me to be unforgivable business sins turn out to be Lord Sugar’s idea of character (like for example, Melody’s heinous lack of team spirit).

How can I be so far out? Perhaps this is why I’m sitting at home and not out there selling orders into ASDA and the like.
