I am so excited for Harry Redknapp to enter the jungle  '“ Cheryl Gibbs

I am thrilled about Pompey's former manager Harry Redknapp joining the jungle in this year's I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, which starts in a couple of weeks on ITV.

I couldn't believe it. After playing a game of guess who with Matt for about an hour, I gave in and told him '“ he can't believe it either. We're both ecstatic.

Surely his time at Pompey will come up '“ I mean it has too right?

Boy, does he have some stories to tell and I for one can't wait to hear them.

It's going to be interesting this year as Holly Willoughby replaces Ant McPartlin as a presenter of the show.

But I have a feeling with Harry in the camp, it's going to be far from dull'¦

My precious phone was stolen and it was all my fault

I'm back! And this time I'm here for seven weeks and it feels wonderful to be back on home soil. I had an absolute blast whilst I was away and I genuinely really enjoyed it.

We spent five wonderful days in Kenya doing several safaris, both on the ground and in the air via a hot air balloon ride '“ and we saw everything you could possibly want to see on a safari.

I was excited to travel to Cape Town, for the second time, and I absolutely loved every minute of it.

Except for the part when I my five-month-old, £700 phone was stolen...

The crew and I decided to head out one evening to Long Street '“ a renowned area for bars and clubs. I had been told to go there by quite a few people so we headed there one evening and had such a great night.

We started with cocktails at a couple of cool, trendy bars before making our way to a bar with a dance floor so we could have a boogie.

But it was here my beloved phone was stolen '“ three men accidentally '˜bumped' into me and then ran off into a car that was waiting outside. It was like something from a film!

I was gutted and so annoyed with myself for not being more vigilant '“ I had just got off the phone after trying to call a taxi so my bag was slightly unzipped.

And I'm sure these guys were professionals.

I was so worried about losing all of my photos. But luckily, I had them all saved on to Google drive, so most of what was on my phone wasn't lost but saved up in the cloud somewhere '“ so at least that was a small saving grace!

I went a few days without a phone, which is rather difficult when you're abroad and your life is at home.

Luckily, my husband gave me his spare phone so thankfully I'm back up and running. And I will undoubtedly be more careful next time I'm having a boogie in a bar in Cape Town.

In fact, I have decided the phone can stay at home from now on and the selfies can wait for another day.

But I can't afford to make that expensive mistake again, especially when I go away again in December to Finland and Sweden.
