I bet most of us are looking to lose a few pounds after the Christmas gorge. I’m no different, but I’m fed up with yo-yo dieting.
No matter how many pounds I lose and how much exercise I do, I seem to end up at the same weight.
But new scientific research suggests that fasting two days of the week and eating normally on the others will burn enough fat and make you feel more energetic.
Apparently, you’ll soon become your natural weight. Just eat 500 calories over those two fasting days.
Sounds very do-able. Surely I can pick at carrots and drink black coffee for two days a week? Then again, at Christmas I was getting through at least 500 calories every hour!
