I might not make the final cut because I garble excessively

LESLEY KEATING: A white-knuckle pursuit ending with a lesson in trust

Have your say

Last weekend my daughters and I were lucky enough to take part in Faces, a project that’s filming residents to be part of a monumental outdoor video projection to be shown through the summer at various locations in the city.

This is as part of the First World War centenary commemorations.

Whether we will make it to the final cut is another matter.

As confident as I am writing, it turns out that I garble excessively in front of the camera. And pointlessly.

But as the infamous ‘they’ say, it’s the taking part that counts. I’m not sure if the Faces team still need people, but you can find out more about it at portsmouthfestivities.co.uk – and of course, about all the other excellent events taking place.
