Child refugees: more cash is needed from the government

COMMENT: Government needs to dig deep to find extra cash

Have your say

It’s been nearly a week since Downton finished and, if I’m honest, I’m still not quite over it.

The thought of Anna murdering anyone is utterly ridiculous, but at least it does mean they have to make another series – they can’t leave us with that!

When the series started I predicted that Edith’s secret would be revealed and lo and behold it has been, though perhaps not in the way we expected.

Mary still hasn’t found ‘the one’ which frankly, after all the drama this series, is becoming a bit of a bore.

And Thomas is still going about his business, but perhaps he’s beginning to turn towards the good side?

I’m sure his nastiness will reappear in the Christmas episode (along with George Clooney, I’m hearing).
