As you all know by now, I’m getting married in a year, so Operation Weight Loss is well and truly under way.
It hasn’t exactly gone to plan though. By that I mean since I started exercising to lose weight, I have actually put on four pounds. Yep, four whole pounds. How on earth did that happen?
I’ve been super-good, exercised loads and, despite working days up in London, have cooked more meals than I usually do when working at home.
I honestly have no idea how the fat has crept on, but it has and I’m not happy.
I went to ‘fat club’ during the week and whilst everyone was getting applauded for their weight loss, I received rapturous applause just for turning up. Like that wasn’t embarrassing!
