Moving home can be stressful and sometimes, in all the chaos, perfectly rational people can do some pretty funny things.
I found this out recently when I began packing in anticipation for my relocation back to my home turf of Fareham.
I will definitely miss the Southsea seaside, Pompey peeps and the Tenth Hole tearooms, but home is definitely where the heart is.
Anyway, there I was stuffing towels into a cardboard box, taping it up and shoving it in a corner.
Only later did I realise I hadn’t seen my cat Aurora for a while.
I searched high and low. Nothing – until I heard a mewing coming from the said box.
Yep, I’d parcelled her up and she has yet to forgive me!
