Goodness me, isn’t Poldark visually lush?
I lived in Cornwall for a while but don’t remember having such easy-on-the-eye scenery.
I am talking coastlines, countryside and – more than that – the lovely Aidan Turner.
He has matured like a fine cheese.
He looks great and almost everyone on the planet wants to have a taste of what he has on offer.
I have yet to catch up with last week’s episode because I have to wait until the family are out as they huff and puff at the romance of it all.
But I am very curious to know if the BBC will make this season’s talk-of-the-town handsome boy a rapist (as I’ve heard he was in the books).
Or would that be too unpalatable for a Sunday night?
