So where can Darren keep his new double-decker bus?

Have your say

I was expecting a text from my friend Darren to say he was coming to the Winterfest Real Ale event in February – not that he’d bought a double-decker bus!

He happened to be out and about and heard one of the former Portsmouth City Transport vehicles was up for sale.

Rather than see it scrapped and lost forever, he bought it.

The bus will be instantly recognisable to many. New in 1973, she served the streets of the city well into the 1990s.

That white and maroon livery is unmistakably Portsmouth. Just don’t stick your hand out when you see her approaching though, as Darren won’t stop!

Now the only slight problem – where to keep her. Any ideas?
