It really is unbelievable when you think about some of the people who we have to share our communities with.

I’m not talking about serial killers here. No, I mean those people you read about who waste the time of the emergency services with ridiculous calls to 999.

One I read about recently really takes the biscuit. In fact it takes the whole packet.

A lady in London rushed her child into A&E because she’d stepped in dog poo and wanted it cleaned from her shoe!

Just think. These people drive cars, sit on juries, can even vote! It’s frightening.

It usually takes between four hours and two weeks to be seen by someone in A&E,

I hope they made her wait even longer, then sent her packing.
