The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) fell from 1.8% to 1.6% over the month, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS). It was last lower in November 2004. ACTORS who fancy travelling along the Yellow Brick Road have been invited to audition for a production of the Wizard of Oz.

The Groundlings Theatre in Portsmouth is staging the play in October and is looking for children and adults to take part.
