THE cakes are baked, the decorations are up and Father Christmas’s grotto is packed full of toys.
After months of hard work the Christmas fair at the Church of the Sacred Heart & St Peter the Apostle,in Waterlooville, is ready.
It takes place in the London Road church between 1.30pm and 4.30pm on Saturday and will be officially opened by Councillor Leah Turner, the Mayor of Havant.
Elizabeth White, one of the organisers, said: ‘There will be stalls full of books, cakes, sweets and Christmas gifts. The team have been working hard making lots of delicious refreshments.
‘As well as meeting Father Christmas children can enjoy an art competition.’
