YOUNGSTERS who would like to star in this year’s pantomime at Kings Theatre in Southsea are invited to auditions.

Boys and girls from the age of seven are needed for a lively production of Cinderella at the Kings from December 7 until January 1.

Dance auditions are being held at the theatre on Sunday, September 18, at 9am for children who are 5ft 2in or shorter, and at midday for youngsters who are taller than 5ft 2in.

All candidates will be auditioned in groups and taught a short dance routine. Those who are successful will be expected to attend all rehearsals from November 27.

Sandra Smith, of the Kings Theatre, said: ‘This is a fantastic opportunity which has led to great things for the children in the past.’

To audition just turn up on the day.
