A FAMILY fun day is being thrown by a business association to raise money for good causes.

Northney Farm, on Hayling Island, will play host to the island’s Business Association which each year holds a big event to raise funds to run its community minibus.

The bus is available to use by charities and community groups across the island.

Extra funds will go to other good causes in Hayling.

The annual barbecue, which is usually held in July, had to be cancelled this summer so a fun day with tractor rides, a bouncy castle, a mini disco and plenty of good food was arranged instead.

The fun day is on Saturday from 1pm to 5pm.

Tickets cost £2 adults, £1 children and £5 for a family ticket.
