FILM students are appealing for anyone with a little acting talent to shuffle forward and star as zombie extras.

The group will be coming to Portsmouth in mid-January to shoot their graduation film, titled Instinct.

It will be a short British drama-horror film that tells a deeply emotional and personal story of a man called Sam who is trying to get his heavily-pregnant girlfriend Amber to a safe place in a zombie-infested world. But Sam is also becoming one of them.

Casting director Stefan Pollak said: ‘This is an opportunity for local people to be a part of a fun and exciting student film project and on completion of this film we are hoping to enter it into film festivals.

‘The roles are unpaid, however food and transportation will be provided.

‘Ideally we are looking for people who have experience in stage combat or physical movement skills although this is not essential.

‘We are looking for both men and women between the ages of 18-50.

Anybody interested should e-mail along with details of your height and a photograph or video audition.
