They were announced as the Sunday night act on the Portsmouth festival’s Facebook page and will join the likes of 50 Cent, Lethal Bizzle and Jax Jones.
The latest announcement also revealed Pendulum will be performing on Sunday’s main stage before Chase and Status.
The two-day event on King George V playing fields, in Cosham, is taking place on May 27 and 28.
Posting on Facebook, the organisers said: ‘Sunday night is looking outrageous as we present our biggest double-header ever including a massive headline set from Chase & Status + Rage.

Mutiny Festival is returning to Portsmouth for its second year in the city and fourth year since starting.
Worldwide hip hop icon 50 Cent will headline Saturday’s main stage with London grime artist Lethal Bizzle set to perform ahead of him.
