MOTORISTS can now use a community car hire scheme.

The Co-Wheels Car Club, in Chichester, allows members to pick up the cars from two dedicated parking spaces in the city. Organisers hope people will save money and it will encourage less car ownership.

Members must pay a joining fee of £25, a monthly fee of £5 and pay £4.50 per hour. To find out more go to co-wheels.org.uk/chichester.
