You might have problems with your health, money, relationships or family.

You might just need a friendly face to talk to, or you might want to consider a different perspective.

In Gosport’s High Street, there is a place you can go.

The Centrepeace Hub was created by local churches working together to create a place where people can drop in, let off some steam, and find ways forward.

In today’s busy world, finding someone with the time to listen to you can be really helpful.

You can drop in unexpectedly, or organise to visit for a series of hour-long sessions at no cost.

We even run a group session called Engage, so people with similar challenges can learn from each other.

Our volunteers are all from local churches, and will listen to you in a non-judgmental way.

If we can’t help you directly, we may be able to direct you to another local agency that can help with your specific problem.

We just love being able to help people and make a difference to their lives.

Centrepeace is a Christian organisation, but there is no pressure on people to become a believer or join a church.

Time and again, people become aware through the listeners, of specific powerful words from the Bible, and this helps them with their restoration including emotional healing.

Centrepeace Hub has been running for over two years, and we have helped almost 100 different people in that time. Some have come each week for three or four weeks, some for up to six months.

Our volunteers are trained to deal with many sorts of situations. We have helped people with issues including depression, anxiety, low-self-esteem and confidence.

Some people will have ongoing medical issues, and we do work alongside any medical treatment they are having – if they feel better, we would still like them to consult their doctor.
