Driver cut from car after two vehicles collide in Locks Heath

A DRIVER was cut from his car after it was involved in a crash.

The incident happened in Warsash Road, Locks Heath, at 10.45am this morning.

It involved a black Ford Focus and a green Subaru estate. Both vehicles span off the road with the impact.

Firefighters cut the roof off the Subaru to free the driver.

Three people were hurt in the crash, including a 75-year-old man.

All three were taken to hospital.

Two fire engines from Cosham, one from Havant, one from Fareham and one from Gosport were called to the scene, as well as the air ambulance. The vehicles were awaiting recovery at 12.20pm this afternoon.
