The Duchess will meet local street artists James Waterfield and My Dog Sighs and students from six local schools who created a mural, which depicts the skyline from Portsmouth to Ryde, Isle of Wight, and the Solent waters filled with images of its rich maritime history.

The Duchess will add her own detail to the mural.

Afterwards, she will go on to attend a reception at the Spinnaker Tower.
