Ellie Hughes, community fundraiser at Breast Cancer Haven, said: ‘With a wide range of mouth-watering homemade cakes and savouries, great raffle prizes and of course plenty of tea and coffee available, it promises to be a real feel-good community event.

‘Every cup of tea sold and slice of cake enjoyed will help people going through one of the most difficult times of their lives.’

Last year the tea party attracted over 100 people and raised more than £3,600 for those affected by breast cancer.

Since opening in 2015, Breast Cancer Haven centres across the country have supported more than 1,300 people.
