Have your say

THERE is still a chance to catch two artists following the success of the Emsworth Arts Trail.

Jan Copsey and Chris Abel have taken up residence at Emsworth Museum in North Street, where the public can view their work until the Bank Holiday Monday.

Thousands of people enjoyed the arts trails in towns across the Havant borough, with Emsworth proving particularly popular.

Museum secretary Dorothy Bone said: ‘Jan’s attractive acrylic and watercolour paintings of flowers, trees and scenes of the area complement Chris’s handcrafted jewellery, wall art and gifts made from art glass and recycled glass.

‘If you haven’t yet seen the display or would like to have a more leisurely look and perhaps find that special present that you have been looking for, call into Emsworth Museum before May 27.

‘Come along, meet Chris and Jan and admire their work.’

The exhibition is in Emsworth Museum on Saturday and Monday from 10.30am until 4.30pm and on Sunday from 2.30pm until 4.30pm. For more information call 01243 378091.
