Essential advice for blind people at Southsea course
HELP is on hand for blind people to regain their confidence and independence.
The Finding Your Feet course, run by Action for Blind People, is taking place at The Holiday Inn, Southsea, on March 14 and 15.
Advice will be given on essential everyday skills such as how to get around outside, use public transport, cook healthy meals, shop and bank online and how to make a cup of tea safely.
